Question 1

Do I need to use all the modules or can I pick and choose?

Accepted Answer

You pick exactly what you need. Each module is independent. Start with Booking System and AI Inbox, then add OTA Connect or Affiliates when you are ready. You only pay for what you activate.

Question 2

How does the AI Inbox know how to answer my guests?

Accepted Answer

You build a knowledge base with your prices, activity descriptions, policies and FAQs. The AI uses this to answer guest questions accurately. You can update it any time and set the exact tone you want.

Question 3

Which OTA platforms does Yetti connect to?

Accepted Answer

Yetti currently connects to TripAdvisor Experiences, Airbnb Experiences, GetYourGuide and Viator. We keep availability and bookings in sync automatically across all connected platforms.

Question 4

Can guests book directly from my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Widgets module lets you embed a fully branded booking widget on your website or link page. Guests pick an activity, choose a date and pay online. You keep 100% of the revenue with no platform commission.

Question 5

How long does it take to get set up on Yetti?

Accepted Answer

Most operators are up and running with their first bookings within a day. The Booking System takes around an hour to set up. Connecting OTA platforms and adding the inbox integrations takes another hour or two.

Question 6

Is there a long-term contract with Yetti?

Accepted Answer

No contracts and no lock-in. You can activate or deactivate any module at any time. We believe in earning your business every month.

Question 7
